We charge an arrangement fee of £295 for mortgages of £100,000 and above or a fee of £395 for mortgages under £100,000. The fee is levied on the production of the mortgage offer and reflects the research to find you the most suitable mortgage as well as the submission of the application for you.
We will also be paid commission from the provider . Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
